When Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC launched, players who owned one edition received the other one for free. But what if you owned both editions a long time ago? What do you get then?
To show our gratitude towards players who already had both editions before we announced we’d start selling them together, we’re going to give you the new Vanilla cape! So if you owned both Java and Bedrock Edition on PC on a single account before June 6, 2022 (whether by purchase or by code redemption), you will be receiving this special cape shortly, and you’ll be able to wear it in both editions. Like previous capes, it should show up in your Dressing Room or the Skin Customization menu automatically.
